HI Veena,
I am not Indian but a big fan of Indian food specially biriyanies.
I always eat in restaurants whenever crave for Indian food specially that I am not an experienced cook.
after seeing the videos of Fish biryani on YouTube, I thought of trying to cook it myself and guess what! I made it!
they way you describe things in very simple and step by step in your videos, made me be able to do it.
I started then checking other recopies, I made the baked Fish, I made the tomato soup and yesterday I made the Haider Abadi Chicken Biryani! wow!! I cant stop now.
could I please request if you can post on how to make Raitas? as it is a great companion to Biriyanis.
thanks,
Ahmad
