Caramel Popcorn


  • Dried corn (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar (2 cups)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Butter (1 tbsp)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp)


  1. Make popcorn with the dried corn. To know how to make popcorn, click here.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan, add water, sugar, butter, salt and boil it. Boil it in a slow flame till it starts to become golden brown, ie., form a caramel. Switch off the flame.
  3. Pour the caramel on the popcorn and mix it well till it starts to harden.
  4. Empty the popcorn in a plate and let it cool.

Crispy caramel popcorn is ready.
