Salads provide the body with a lot of fiber which in turn means lower cholesterol and help reduce weight.
Ingredients:
- Mint leaves (handful)
- Tomato (1)
- Lemon (1)
- Onion (1 medium size)
- Cucumber (1 medium size)
- Coriander leaves (handful)
- Salt as per taste
- Chat masala (optional)
Method:
- Chop tomatoe, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Add it in a bowl and squeeze lemon juice over it. Add salt and mix well.
Healthy and yummy kachumbar is ready to be served before meals.
