Handmade chocolates Part 2 will demonstrate how to make chocolate molds and a variety of Chocolate Garnishing.
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolates
- Fresh Cream
- White Chocolates
Method:
Dark chocolate Truffle
- Heat the dark chocolate in microwave in medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Heat the cream in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix the dark chocolate and cream well and keep it aside for 4 hours for it to set.
White chocolate Truffle
- Heat the dark chocolate in microwave in medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Heat the cream in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix the dark chocolate and cream well and keep it aside for 4 hours for it to set.
Chocolate roll
- Make small balls of dark chocolate truffle, coat it with melted dark chocolate and allow it to cool.
- Once the chocolate sets on the truffle, add another melted dark chocolate coat to the truffle and keep it aside to cool.
- Follow the same procedure for white chocolate as well.
Handmade chocolate rolls are ready.
Chocolate garnish
- In a flat surface or marble slab, place the OHP sheet.
- Make a free hand design with thin melted white chocolate on the surface of the sheet.
- Add the dark chocolate over it in a good quantity and spread it across.
- Draw lines on it with the help of a small knife.
- With a rolling pin, or chapatti making rolling stick, roll the sheet around it as shown in the video.
- Allow it to set for sometime and remove it.
Different shapes of Chocolate Garnish is formed.
