Handmade chocolates


Handmade chocolates Part 1 shows how to make hand rolled chocolates and Chocolate Garnishing.

Handmade chocolates Part 2 will demonstrate how to make chocolate molds and a variety of Chocolate Garnishing.

 

Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolates
  • Fresh Cream
  • White Chocolates

 

Method:

Dark chocolate Truffle

  1. Heat the dark chocolate in microwave in medium heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Heat the cream in a microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Mix the dark chocolate and cream well and keep it aside for 4 hours for it to set.

White chocolate Truffle

  1. Heat the dark chocolate in microwave in medium heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Heat the cream in a microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Mix the dark chocolate and cream well and keep it aside for 4 hours for it to set.

Chocolate roll

  1. Make small balls of dark chocolate truffle, coat it with melted dark chocolate and allow it to cool.
  2. Once the chocolate sets on the truffle, add another melted dark chocolate coat to the truffle and keep it aside to cool.
  3. Follow the same procedure for white chocolate as well.

Handmade chocolate rolls are ready.

Chocolate garnish

  1. In a flat surface or marble slab, place the OHP sheet.
  2. Make a free hand design with thin melted white chocolate on the surface of the sheet.
  3. Add the dark chocolate over it in a good quantity and spread it across.
  4. Draw lines on it with the help of a small knife.
  5. With a rolling pin, or chapatti making rolling stick, roll the sheet around it as shown in the video.
  6. Allow it to set for sometime and remove it.

Different shapes of Chocolate Garnish is formed.
